From a script to a schedule you can shoot
Break the script down
One card per scene, in script order. Add what each one needs: a location, a person, a prop, a piece of kit.
Connect the constraints
Draw the lines from scenes to locations and to cast. The scenes that share a constraint want to be shot together, and now you can see which ones they are.
Build the days
Group the scenes into shooting days, keep the shot list one click inside each scene, and share the board with the people who need it.
